The PAR Meter, namely the Photosynthetically Active Radiation Meter, is mainly used to measure the energy of light radiation that affects photosynthesis. It provides accurate and cost-effective measurement for all light sources used to grow plants. It is designed to measure PAR (Photo synthetically Active Radiation) flux in wavelengths ranging from 400 to 700nm.Light in this wavelength band can be utilized by plants for photosynthesis. The measurements of the instrument are stable and accurate, with an annual drift rate of less than 2%.In controlled environment agriculture (CEA), it is ideal for growers to measure light to avoid the risk of wasting energy or damaging their plants.

It has a wide range of applications. It is suitable for indoor planting, used in conjunction with plant grow lights to monitor light intensity, and can also be used for measuring natural light outdoors. In greenhouse cultivation and agricultural production, growers and researchers can use it to measure the amount of effective light received by the plant canopy at different heights, so as to optimize light conditions and promote plant growth.
In terms of appearance and operation, it is usually compact in size and equipped with a remote sensor. The operation buttons are simple, such as "POWER" (power switch), "HOLD" (hold data), "MODE" (mode switch), etc., which makes it convenient for users to quickly start measuring and recording data.
